Oakwood Mall Gift Cards – Available for sale in the Mall Management Office, Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, or at the Customer Service/Security Office, Monday - Saturday, 10:00am to 8:00pm and Sunday 12:00pm to 5:00pm.
 
Lost & Found – Located in the Customer Service/Security office by GNC and The Great American Cookie Company. Items can be claimed Monday through Saturday 10:00am to 8:00pm, or call Oakwood Mall Security at (580) 237-9730.
 
Wheelchair Loans – Available free of charge, first come, first serve basis at the Customer Service/Security Office, or call (580) 237-9730.
 
Customer Assistance – Contact a member of the Oakwood Mall Management Staff, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00pm, or a member of the Oakwood Mall Security, Monday - Saturday, 10:00am to 9:00pm, and Sundays 12:00pm to 6:00pm.
